We currently deliver to addresses in Switzerland. If delivery to additional countries becomes available, this will be stated on the Website.
2. Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown on the Website or during checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, weather, public holidays, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you place your order.
We may offer free shipping above a certain order value. Any such offer will be clearly stated on the Website.
5. Delivery of food products
As our products are food products, you are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is correct and that the goods can be received and stored appropriately after delivery.
Once delivered, products must be stored according to the instructions on the packaging or product page.
6. Risk and inspection
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If your package is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@chilindo.ch, ideally with photos and your order number.
7. Failed delivery
If delivery fails because of incorrect address details, inability to deliver, or failure to collect the parcel, we may charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery where permitted.
For perishable or food items, we may be unable to offer a refund where the failed delivery is due to circumstances within your control.
