Our Chilindo Spicy Olive Oil is made with high-quality Spanish olive oil. Following a traditional method, Chile de Árbol from Mexico and fresh garlic are gently sautéed in the oil, allowing their natural aromas to develop to their fullest. The infused oil is then carefully filtered, resulting in an exceptional flavour, a pleasantly balanced heat, and delicate roasted notes.
